Bad move for Villa Boas, hopefully he impresses enough in his short time there to gain enough of a reputation to manage in a more suitable club in the future. I am thinking Atletico Madrid once Manzano leaves/is fired. (and IMO he will in a year-year and a half time)

If Hiddink really is working for Chelsea now that's always an easy out for Roman to go to if AVB doesn't do the job by say... January. I don't like the move; he can be successful but it'll be difficult, we'll see.
