You can judge it by whatever you want.

Personally I always take talent into account, but judge it more by the length of time the player played for the club and the loyalty that they have shown. That was why I voted for Charlton.

If it was simply by talent then Ronaldo or Best would be the greatest but being a club legend and greatest ever player is so much more than that.
