I was surprised he was that high on the list. Great player but was he really better than Eusebio, Garrincha and Puskas?

I think I was the only person to put Elias Figueroa on my list. Shame since Beckenbauer said that Figueroa is the best central defender of all time, and many other people share that view as well.

Gerrard and Beckham are laughable. Beckham might be in the top 50, but Gerrard. Where did that come from.

I agree completely. Very good players but I sense they only made the list because they played in recent years and are Englishman.

9th-Franz Beckenbauer-62 points

Beckenbauer is rated by many as the greatest defender of all time and one of the greatest ever German players. Not a lot of defenders will make these lists but Beckenauer has and certainly deserves it. He led his national side to World Cup victory in 1974 as captain and would go on to do it again as manager in 1990 as manager of his national team.

I know why the list is fucked up, people must have misunderstood the meaning of the thread title, including myself.

Surely nobody would put the likes of Beckham and Gerrard in the top 10 list of the best players of all time.
I had players in my list no where near worthy enough.

This one isn't too bad compared to the one I did on EA. That was the definition of a messed up list.

Thats what i did aswell bud. I added some players that i liked and put in some i also liked and thought were in my top players of all time.
