    I think that everyone would love a fit Michael Owen.

    When he was fit he was arguably the best striker in the world and he had the ability to rip apart any defence in the world. Liverpool fans will tell you how good he was when he played for them and I just wish he could do the same for us now.

    If I'm being honest, while you would like a fit Michael Owen the only real chance you would have of signing him would be if he was still getting injured and a top club wasn't willing to take a gamble on him.

    If he did go to Southampton and started producing some of his very best form he would end up getting snapped up by a big side again as soon as the nearest transfer window came around.
