• How do you feel the forum will benefit from having you as a moderator? A: I believe in fairness to everyone, just because I like you doesn't mean I'll cut you some slack if you misbehave and I'm neutral when it comes to the big clubs so I don't really get dragged into arguments.
  
• Between which hours (GMT) do you think you spend the most time on this forum? A: I'm in and out of this forum on the daily, at all times of the day and night, even when I don't post a lot of times I'm lurking on the forum.

• How do/will you respond to negative comments towards you from other members? A: I don't argue with anyone, I have thick skin, probably just give them a verbal(or written) warning through a PM first and if it persists give them an official warning.

Applications will be reviewed shortly after they have been submitted. Applying will not guarantee anybody a position. We may still have to resort to asking members, but this way you'll improve your chance of being selected and I know you will actually be willing to take up the responsibility of being a moderator.

I should note, being a moderator will pretty much render your Playmaker Points useless to you. You will not be able to purchase a new coloured username or rank title, but you will be able to request name changes free of charge.

• Why do you want to become a moderator? I think I'll do well on here, I'm a well educated person, have a large football knowledge about many different leagues and players, I fluently speak German, English and French, my Spanish is also quite good, speak a bit of Italian and Shona as well, also used to be a mod on different forums before, so I've got some experience in being a mod. Furthermore, I feel it's necessary to represent multiculturality on here, that's why I think with my own multicultural background I'll be the perfect option to achieve this.
  

• How do you feel the forum will benefit from having you as a moderator? I feel there's some sort of bias towards "respected" forum members, they often seem to get treated differently by the current and past mods, if I'm going to be a mod, there won't be any double standards, I'll treat everyone the same, regardless if it's a member with 20k posts, or a newbie.
  

• Between which hours (GMT) do you think you spend the most time on this forum? Basically I'm online most evenings, about 6 pm to 11 pm most of the time, if ever needed, I'll be able to execute my moderating duties during noon as well.
  

• How do/will you respond to negative comments towards you from other members? I'll stay calm and try to approach possible problems in a constructive manner. Of course I'll be able to take constructive criticism and feedback, I'm not the kind of guy who starts arguments either, I am also quite talented in settling disputes.
  

• Why do you want to become a moderator? - I'm active, get on well with almost everyone, I'm sensible, and I showed i can control the rowdy people on EA.
  
• How do you feel the forum will benefit from having you as a moderator? - I'm neutral, and almost always available.
  
• Between which hours (GMT) do you think you spend the most time on this forum? - 4PM - 9PM (Weekdays) All day (weekends)

• How do/will you respond to negative comments towards you from other members? - I laugh and take it as banter. However if I feel that they are correct with their criticism, then it will be taken on board and I will try to improve that area.
  

• Why do you want to become a moderator? - I'll be honest. There are some things said here that are not appropriate at all. Yet it goes unnoticed or is ignored. I want to get rid of that stuff.
  
• How do you feel the forum will benefit from having you as a moderator? - I am a pretty intelligent poster, I know a lot about football, and there is nobody on here that has a dislike of me. (I think). I'm also involved in the Moderating/Admin part over at EA. There is also a bit of bias towards some members here, almost like cliques. I'd be fair to everyone. Also, there are some things said here that go unpunished, despite being pretty offensive.
  
• Between which hours (GMT) do you think you spend the most time on this forum? - Mainly between 5-11 pm. But I am on at random times in the morning, or during the day, for short periods of time.
  
• How do/will you respond to negative comments towards you from other members? - Ban the bastards. Nah, I'm joking. Ask them the reason for the comments, or try to sort it out privately, either by pm or any other method.

How do you feel the forum will benefit from having you as a moderator? I'm on quite a lot of the time, except when I am at school (Although I'm about to go on my summer holidays) I am quite good at reading situations and can tell where any potential arguments are gonna be. I go on most/all of the different sections of the forum and just read them so there won't be much that gets past me. I am quite friendly and approachable (at least i hope I am) so members should be able to come to me with problems and I can deal with them swiftly and effectively. I don't often get into arguments with people so I shouldn't have any personal reasons to ban anyone and everyone has a 'clean sheet' so I don't have any grudges or anything. (Sorry if that's too long, i just feel quite passionately about this )

How do/will you respond to negative comments towards you from other members? That's a tough question really, I guess I would reply to them calmly and ask why they think that, if it's a valid point, but mainly I wouldn't take it to heart and accept it as banter. If it's just like 'You're a cunt', I would probably ignore it
