What im getting at is that Fox News has liberals on as analysts all the time. CNN however does not show both sides of the issue. Anybdoy who thinks CNN is a more reliable source for the truth in news than Fox News is seriously ill informed and shouldn't be allowed to discuss politics.

Now, I don't know shit about the media in the states, so I'd rather not get involved in that part of the discussion.

The Palestinian Territory is not a part of Israel, but was supposed to be for itself. This means, the Israelis are building settlements off their own ground, which pretty much is illegal.

I actually watch and read several sources like any person should if they want to see the complete picture. I mainly watch Al Jazeera English, CNN, The Daily Show/The Colbert Report, and a bit of FOX News (for the laughs). I also read several newspapers and use Google News. I'd just like to point out that The Daily Show/The Colbert Report are actually a source of news or rather lead to more information on a particular subject. When I come across something of interest on those shows, I go research it some more.

CNN is biased as well, but FOX News is unbelievable. A monkey could point out their biased agenda and hypocrisy. If anyone depends on all their news from FOX, I feel sorry for them. Even more for anyone who watches Glen Beck and believes his bullshit.

Also, it's not quite effective to have opposing views on your channel when they barely get time to speak and are ridiculed by the hosts.

As for the issue of illegal settlements, you need to brush up on your politics and history. These settlements clearly violate the Fourth Geneva Convention. Not to mention the human right violations and clear discrimination in those settlements (i.e. Israeli only roads).

I've got nothing against Jews. I have several Jewish friends. I used to talk and hang out with one in high school quite frequently. I just don't like Zionists based on their ideology the same way I don't like the Taliban or Al Qaeda.

How can you judge it when you have never watched it? Oh let me guess, because FOX News told you not to.

It's actually 1000x better than CNN and FOX combined. They are so professional and unbiased, that it's sometimes boring.

By the way, I'm talking about Al Jazeera English, not Arabic. There is actually a huge difference. Al Jazeera Arabic is biased, but English is actually one of the most unbiased news channels in the world. Even the White House watches Al Jazeera English. I hope they get accepted on US cable television. Americans need more international and real news.

I remember that Daily Show episode. FOX contradicts themselves so much! Glen Beck even contradicted himself in the space of 20 seconds.

That link provided though wasn't just talking about Beck. It showed how the whole news channel was running a fear mongering agenda against the Imam of the mosque.

Colbert is a funnier character than Stewart, but the Daily Show's content is better (more about politics). I guess it depends on what you are looking for in the shows.

Admit it, you only like Colbert more because he appears as the more conservative one. Truth is, they're both liberals IRL.

CNN is also fairly rightwinged, but that's cause there is no real left in American politics. It's much more closer to the 'center' than Fox news is, thus less biased.
