Israel and Palestine at it again

It's not about benefiting Israel. It's about finding a solution that will cause both nations to compromise and come to an agreed solution. Israel is not interested in a long term solution because they are happy with just bombing Palestinians and continue building illegal settlements without anyone telling them anything. And if anyone tells them anything, they know that their bitch, USA, will just veto any UN resolution even if 99.99% of the world agrees upon it.

So yeah, the current situation might be good for Israel for now. But how much longer can they put up with this? It only makes people hate them even more and will eventually lead to a war between Arabs and Israel again.

The more ground Israel give, the more ground will be asked of them.

Israel have a compromise...leave them the fuck alone! The Middle East won't stop until Israel doesn't exist any more.

We would leave them alone if Palestinians are allowed to live freely in their own territory! How would you like it if I came to your home and had to search you every time you moved from one room to another? And you can't leave the house or have anyone or anything come in the house without my permission.

The whole point is that it's disputed land....The Israelis want it...the Palestinians want it....but the Israelis need it more.

Israel is militarily much stronger than all the Arab world. Only Iran can threaten them, and Israel will attack Iran before Iran have the slightest chance of completing a warhead.

Nobody needs lands more than the other. What a stupid thing to say. If anything Palestinians need more land because they outnumber Jews. Palestinians have been living there their whole life and have ever right to continue to live there. But let's assume Jews have "more of a right" like you are saying. So that means Israel gets say 75% of the land and Palestinians get 25%. I wouldn't mind that if Palestinians are allowed to live freely in that 25% without having to be searched and restricted by an outside country.

Neither nation is going to be 100% happy with a agreed upon solution. If you are trying to sell me something, and we agree on a price, you will be wishing for a higher price and I will be wishing for a lower price. But the world will never keep moving forward if we don't compromise.

Why should they integrate with neighboring countries though? Their history and culture is in this region just like the Jews. Why should the Palestinians have to move and find another life while the Jews get to live in Israel? What double standards we have here.

And they have every right to defend themselves, I'm not arguing that. But you don't make people's lives miserable in their own territory. If they want to search people, do it at the border or in your own territory. Also, don't go build settlements in other people's territories (which is illegal).

So my final point is both nations have to compromise and negotiate for a long lasting solution. I propose a two state solution. If they don't come to an agreement, expect more of the same and eventually one day either nation will collapse and the region will just become one nation.

Why wouldn't they want to? It's just a load of sand anyway Whether they live in the Israel area or in the neighbouring areas it's all the same. Jerusalem is so meaningless

Anyway, that's just my opinion. Palestinians to me are just making their own lives worse. I think they should just go live in the other parts of the Middle East and live a happy life instead of fighting over stupid land.

I don't see it working. Israel can't afford to concede ground, and the Palestinians won't stop trying to make them.
