I'm sure CTFC~Ced can recall some fond memories of Allen's time at Cheltenham, failing that I can recall plenty

MK Dons average attendance is half of their stadium capacity
Very surprised P'boro didn't score, they have 86 goals so far

I think they have potential to have a fanbase big enough to sustain Championship football, yeah they are a new club after buying Wimbledon and moving them to Milton Keyne (but that's a different story) so alot of their fans are young which can only be good for the future.
They have got a nice stadium, when the top tier is completed it will be even better. I went to MK Dons vs Hereford and at halftime i tried out the seats which were padded! Like at the emirates so i've been told.

My memories of Martin All*n;Radford11 wrote:I'm sure CTFC~Ced can recall some fond memories of Allen's time at Cheltenham, failing that I can recall plenty
1. Signed 25 + loan players throughout his first season.
2. Pulled his trousers down at the pub, and denied it despite the chairman admitting he did.
3. Started on a bouncer at a night club
4. Got us relagated to League 2.
5. Sacked our coaching staff who were club legends
6. Publically argueed with our physio in the echo over a players recovery rate.
7. Had a win rate of 19.25%
8. Played a 37 year old Striker at centre back, with a 5 ft 5 right back
9. Made the entire squad for sale as he f*cked up our finances.
10. Almost relagated us to the BSP.
11. Let his dog run around the training ground. (Sign saying No dogs allowed)
12. The famous "we'll watch the dvd" quote from his interview after every defeat.

Can't believe he's back in League 2, have you got to play Barnet yet?

Some more
14. Transfer listed Damian Spencer saying we need a goal scorer. The next day he comes on as a subsitute vs MK Dons whilst we are 5-0 down at home, scores a hattrick and then gets sent off in the space of 13 minutes.
15. Sent our top scorer Lloyd Owusu on loan to Brighton who were fighting relagation. He scored 8 goals in 11 games to keep them up whilst we went down.
16. When we lost 3-2 to Hereford at home. Hereford fans were signing "Allen is a wanker" in which in the end, the whole stadium joined in.
17. Our winger going down with a broken wrist by the dugout, Allen then picked him up and threw him back on the pitch.

We boast the worst home record in the whole football league so don't expect us to put up a fight.

Cheltenham reckon we'll get a bigger crowd on the sunday because of the England vs Wales game today. Means I can't even make the game as I'm busy tommorow.Walcott wrote:Gills are playing on a Sunday wtf?!

Also, anyone hear about the Torquay bus breaking down on root to Northampton? It turns out they contacted Cheltenham and used our team coach for the rest of the journey .

Re: league 1 + 2= best leagues in the world!
scunthorpe want him
and if he goes
id go for either with the comp money mcilroy ( former bury player) or john coleman
as for people out of the job id go for phil parkinson another former bury player
or even put sodje in charge for the rest of the 8 games!
but not good tbh with 8 games to go

I did have a peek on BBC Sport about it, even they are reporting Knill hinting at a switch to Scunthorpe.
Doesn't look promising mate.
One of the "joys" of being a fan of the bottom football division is we are seen as fruit trees where the bigger clubs can just pick the best fruits at a discounted rate.
