I would have to say it would be in Venezuela. A week ago they had a team lose 10-0 but then they improved and lost only 5-0 this week a nice improvement. This this week they had a different team lose 15-0. Hopefully they improve to lose by 7-0 this week or something similar. It must be really happen sad when you have two different teams winning by these margins.

I don't think Latvia and Estonia are fully professional though so I didn't include them.

Presumably, the best players that the country has to offer would likely play in other countries. So if your abroad team could only manage to concede six goals, I'd hate to see how the Polish league players would fare.
