Oxford dominated us today but we had the better chances. Goal disallowed and missing an 80th minute penalty was a bit of a pain in the arse but I'm happy with a point.

My second team, AFC Wimbledon will be in league 2 next season...
Hopefully
I follow them, not support them before some cunt says something. I go to a few games a season too.

Only one automatic promotion spot in the Conference though and it looks like Crawley will get that.

ST, Matt Green (24) from Oxford until the end of the season. Never seen him play and I don't know anything about him tbh except that he's quick.

Haha. Don't hate. We only 2 points out of a playoff spot, while you are only ahead on GD of the auto drop spots. Have fun in conference play next year!Hereford_Lad wrote:BigJ0526 wrote:Hey, my FIFA Career mode is with Shrewsbury! Go Shrews!

Good win pal. Just got back from the game and my mates lost his I phone
anyway we were 3-0 up and nearly let it go but lowe scored a great late goal to make the result certain and we're 1 point behind rotherham now with a game in hand
was also good to see bish come on and assist for lowes late goal. Ajose, lowe, ljl and bish for a strike force is quality also sodje stoppped a third for them off the line he's still got the legs at his old age

Good win BTID against Macclesfield, however I do feel very sorry for them in what they have had to put up with this last 12 months. It's appearing to be affecting their form and they could end up near the trap door.
As for Cheltenham we lost 2-1 to Wycombe tonight but I didn't go so cant really say much. Wes Thomas has now scored his 14th league goal in 20 league games which is very impressive as we're used to shit, slow and awful finishers up front. Gareth Ainsworth was the Man of the match (I think) which is no surprise as he murdered us in the last game and apparently scored a wonder goal. Best player in League 2.
Oh well, there's always next week.
Also Hereford_Lad you making the trip to Cheltenham a week on Saturday?

I feel sorry for em too cos they seem like a real cursed club. But tonight they looked good against us and showed some great spirit and probs should have got A equalizer, I reckon they won't go down though but shocking crowd tonight 1247 were there and we probs brought 400-500

Yes bud, expecting a decent following, the in2print section has been given to old supporters and families only. Seems like a good idea after what has happened in the past at Cheltenham/Shrewsbury etc. £20 is a bit steep i think but the travel will be cheap so it will equal to about a normal away day
I see we are 10 points behind you now with 3 games in hand, plus having to play you in a fortnight. Never know what the table may look like in a couple of months we look to have firmly turned the corner with consistent displays from the team since the new year (Sheff Weds away aside)and we will be finishing mid-table i believe.
Thanks Bury for the favour of beating Macclesfield, they now go below us in the table. The game looked quite frantic and at 1 stage i wasn't sure if you was going to let us down or not
Anyway, onwards and upwards.

I would expect Crawley Town to be in League Two as they have a few games in hand on AFC Wimbledon. I really hope that they both go up this time around.

To be fair, when they go up I can see them winning promotion from league 2 (like Exeter) and easily consolidate themselves in league 1 (unless the money dries out). Their current squad is league 1 standard imo.
