Surely the fact that Roma is owned by a part Owner of FSG would knock things in our favour? Henry could have a word.

They can probably discuss it over cigars, pizza, and poker.

Or at least try to return to Che'p standards. Che would never use disgusting racism in his posts, and I have seen you resort to such tomfoolery recently.

No, I am merely saying that resorting to underhand tactics is not the correct way for a club to try and sign a player. We should have a fair battle with Tottenham for his signatureEternal Witcher wrote:Chip, find a new club FFS
It is the truth though, £30M is far too much for a black man.Moriarty wrote:Or at least try to return to Che'p standards. Che would never use disgusting racism in his posts, and I have seen you resort to such tomfoolery recently.

You're just as bad, Jay.
Is that the header of someone looking to leave?

So, Chelsea are looking to hijack the Willian deal. Interesting.

I think we should just get Moses and be done with it.

Moses is decent enough, but I don't like him because he's Nigerian.

Re: Liverpool FC Official Thread
Moses isn't good. Lets be serious, I can name 10 non-Englishmen who could play a winger position better.

I know that, but we are Liverpool and Moses will be cheap.

Nah m8, still holding out on a 30 million signing. Just nine days to go though.

Re: Liverpool FC Official Thread
So, apparently some news is coming out tonight regarding Suarez. Another "twist".
People saying he's signed a new contract, however I wouldn't be surprised if it's something like Real Madrid or Chelsea making a bid.

Sounds like a new contract with a £69 million release clause IMHO.

Re: Liverpool FC Official Thread
In my honest imho onion, I think it's a contract with a release clause that no-one will actually know but many will pretend to know.
If it is a new contract, it will come with Suarez quotes, which should be interesting.

He'll also leave every year (I think) for the African Cup thing. He's terrible and will obviously cost more than 10m because it's Liverpool.Moriarty wrote:I know that, but we are Liverpool and Moses will be cheap.
He would start for Arsenal, though.Keyser Söze wrote:He's good enough to be a squad player for Liverpool.Jay wrote:Moses isn't good. Lets be serious, I can name 10 non-Englishmen who could play a winger position better.

Re: Liverpool FC Official Thread
I wouldn't be surprised if Suarez is staying now, Arsene Wenger must have broken his heart last night by saying the deal is dead. He obviously has something else in mind. Good call Arsene.
