Jonjo Shelvey is also extremely inconsistent. He'll be a fantastic replacement.

No doubt he'll be dropped a few poings upon joining us though and Zaha will shoot up to an 85

BREAKING: Liverpool have agreed an £8.5m deal for Inter Milan's Brazilian midfielder, Philipe Coutinho. #LFC
Hopefully this'll shut Collie up We're getting him.
This is just our last roll of the dice with Blackpool.
We're basically saying, "Look Blackpool, we're spending all these monies. You sure you don't want some?"
Fully expect a failed medical or failed to agree personal terms.

I'd genuinely be surprised if he even came for a medical, it'll fail at personal terms.

Why? He's on 15k at Inter, surely we'd offer enough for him to accept?
Shut up, Collie, why would we pick someone like Coutinho, from Inter Milan as bait? Surely we'd pick some other player...

Who else would we pick. Someone worse than Ince?
LFC: Sell us Ince or we'll buy Jose Baxtor.
Blackpool: Lol yeah right, pay up.
or
LFC: Sell us Ince for the right price or we'll get Coutinho.
Blackpool: Oh shit, take Ince for 6m, he'll definitely adapt to English football.

Is that Zaha really that good? I saw a stat saying Ince has scored 3 more goals this season alone than Zaha has in 100 games, not sure the age gap but that's an interesting stat considering we're looking at Ince for £6-7 million and Zaha is valued at £15 million.
Is Zaha over rated or do we under rate Ince?

Coutinho's medical has officially been booked in for next week, just down to personal terms and a work permit (shouldn't be too difficult to obtain).
So, I suppose we'll just need to wait and see what his decision is.

Having watched both of them this season and last, Ince scared the life out of me everytime he got the ball and always looked like he'd make something happen. I'd say he's the 2nd best winger I've seen against Forest at Championship level. Nathan Dyer being the best.
Zaha on the otherhand was pretty much non-existent against Forest and was outshone by his fellow winger Bolasie who looked a lot more dangerous. Zaha was subbed after about 70 minutes, after spending the game in Dan Harding's backpocket. This may not mean much to you, but Dan Harding is probably one of the worst defenders I have ever seen. Zaha is the only player he has come up against this season and actually got the better of.
Zaha may have just had an off day and may be quality in every other game. I can only base my opinion on the game I've seen him in though

I will vouch for this, Harding is terrible.

There are a few positives to be drawn from the match. Had we advanced, I would have wanted the club to withdraw out of principle. I do not want my football club representing this competition of hoofball, bad pitches, and assaults on opposition goalkeepers.

Re: Liverpool FC Official Thread
That was absolutely disgraceful. Hopefully that spells the end for
Coates. And Robinson, that shitecunt even had the nerve to tell Suarez
to fuck off.
Cam he hadn't really played in a long time so it was hard to tell that he'd play like the way he did, but that defence was just way too inexperienced for a game like that.
From an attacking point of view, Downing really does offer a hell of a lot more than Sterling and Borini combined. Hopefully Coutinho will get the nod ahead of them if he plays out wide.
Pissed off because I practically laughed at the draw in front of my mate who's an Oldham fan a few weeks ago. See him first thing tomorrow.
Frustrating but I'm not going to overreact, usually we bounce back from losses as we're so inconsistent and our league form's something to smile about. And no free meal for at least another 3 more games for the team, they deserve it the twats
