Re: Liverpool FC Official Thread
He was decent on the ball whenever he played, but he tended to dribble into blind alleys and lose his position and defensive duties very easily. He's now comfortably behind Sterling, Borini, Sturridge, Downing, Coutinho, and even Henderson for an attacking role.Rei Andros wrote:What ever happened to that Assaidi fellow?

It's funny to laugh at Liverpool lose, but I enjoy watching Liverpool win. They are playing good football at the minute. Downing and Henderson are much better now

Re: Liverpool FC Official Thread
Was disappointing from Sturridge doe, he had at least 3 chances to score in open play and it took him a penalty.

Is Suso going to get any more PT this season? If not, should have gone on loan

Just need a whole new backline. So many individual errors, its ridiculous.

We just need to hand Jamie Carragher a new contract, his organizational skills have been absolutely crucial to our recent good run of form.

It's good to see Rodgers using common sense and lauding Carragher's performance tonight, calling it "brilliant" despite his "first mistake in ages." If anything, he was a bit harsh, that wasn't Carragher's mistake, it was Reina's.

Re: Liverpool FC Official Thread
I'd be interested to see the table if we had individual errors omitted. But it seems like its a flimsy excuse, similar to last season where the woodwork was our downfall. Hitting the woodwork happens, individual errors happen. It's just here at Liverpool they happen more than anywhere else.

Last season it was the woodwork.
This season it is individual errors.

Re: Liverpool FC Official Thread
Were gonna need 2 CBs this summer. No Ashley Williams, no Swansea players, and perhaps we should avoid British players.
Unfortunately we are again at a point where we need to show a player, this time Suarez, that we mean what we say to the press about ambition.

Agger can stay, he's not really a liability (though he should score more of the chances he gets) Skrtel however always seems to be outrun, outjumped or out of position when the oppo score. Coates is even worse and Carra's off. We should sell Skrtel, loan Coates, buy a replacement and have Wisdom as backup

I don't get how it works...
Do you just reply to topics that people create and then people can up vote your comment?
I was thinking more a forum.

That's why its dangerous to go on team specific forums. Everyone's pulling for the team to be good. So people write off small things sometimes, but it builds up and you actually stop seeing the flaws of your team.
