Is that referee an inbred, or is that face just common for Latin Americans?

I met a Venezualen girl on holiday with a chin like this. At the time I just thought she was ugly. After wiki'ing what this disease is though I'm certain she had it. I feel bad for comparing her to the Crimson Chin in Fairly Odd Parents now. (Obviously not to her face; me and my mates joked about it)

Wiki said the disease was caused by inbreeding though. Either that, or the ref sucks his thumb. He looked a bit like Morph.

Yeah. It's incredibly lenient. If he was a regular second division footballer $2,000 might actually be a lot of money but he's Cuauh, he makes more in the Second Division than he did in the MLS and he was a DP over there.

And 1 day suspension is like having a day off. They are facing one of the best teams in the leauge though so I guess there's that.
