But I'm not sure, more players have come into the team since our last game.

i thought liverpool would put out a stronger team to appease the boston liverpool fanbase. this is almost like a home game for them

Boston is, you are right. But the whole New England area has its full share of them, so I wouldn't be surprised to see a good contingent of Roma supporters there tonight.

    liverpool's bench

SUBS: Jones, Agger, Flanagan, Adam, Suso, Morgan, Pacheco, Sama, Wilson, Lucas, Adorjan, Ward, Smith, Wisdom, Ibe.
no news of roma's lineup yet
i only know 3 players on liverpool's lineup lol. i think i recognize more names on the bench than the starting XI. i hope roma doesn't put up a bullshit lineup as well

i'm probably going to miss the 1st 1/2 hr of the game since i'll still be commuting home from work on the train (i leave in 2 minutes)

Really pissed off at lack of Borini Mad He's been there two days, he wants to be there and he's fitter than all of our other Euro 2012 players. Not even on the bench.

Juventus boss Antonio Conte will face sporting charges of allegedly failing to report attempts to fix two Siena games.

Conte was questioned by the Italian Football Federation’s chief prosecutor earlier this month, after claims were made that he was involved in plans to arrange the outcome of games against Novara and Albinoleffe while in charge of Siena.

While the tactician has been cleared of sporting fraud, he will have to face charges that he was aware of the circumstances around the games.

Conte, if found guilty, could be fined or suspended – with a ban, according to some sources in Italy on Thursday, at around the six-month mark.

The tactician has always maintained his innocence following the accusations made against him by his former player at Siena, Filippo Carobbio.

The FIGC have been investigating the possibility that numerous games have been rigged as part of a numerous betting probes up and down the peninsula.

Juventus defender Leonardo Bonucci and midfielder Simone Pepe have also been caught up in the drama given their time at Bari and Udinese respectively.

Bonucci will face a deferral for sporting fraud, while Pepe will have to prove his innocence after also being accused of failing to report knowledge of attempted match-fixing in reference to a Bari-Udinese tie in 2010.

It is being alleged that Bologna’s Daniele Portanova and Atalanta’s Andrea Masiello could face lengthy bans too.

Clubs such as Lecce, Grosseto and Siena will also be in the dock as they run the risk of a point penalty for the new season.

Those individuals charged with sporting fraud could face lengthy bans if found guilty.

Hearings are set to start on August 2.

    I don't think that's going to happen.

Bonucci and Pepe, on the other hand, could be fucked if they played any role in fixing that might have occurred during that Bari-Udinese game.

Well, he's been cleared of any match-fixing during his time at Siena. Now we have to see to what extent he knew about attempted fixes.

Pescara's president said that their new signing, Juan Fernando Quintero, is the new Verratti. If this is the same Juanfer I know--shortening of Juan Fernando--then he plays nothing like Verratti. Laughing

A Serie A expert thinks that Pescara will be relegated. Hopefully not. I developed a soft spot for them after watching them in Serie B.

Me too, but they probably will get relegated. No Immobile, Insigne, or Verratti. No Zeman to coach them, either.

they will be very different next season

both their top scorers from last season went back to their parent club. their top assister went to psg. their manager went to roma

they're a completely different team this season
