There's subtle and clean, and then there's "slap some stuff on". This banner falls into the latter category in my opinion. Could have been done so much better, wouldn't have taken much either. Badge in the middle, frame it with the date in a decent font below and in the right hand corner you could have the small hashtag.

Even that would have been better than this nonsense that leaves a large part of the image looking empty.

He's got 38 apps this year in all competitions, but I don't think he's happy about that amount of playing time. Although he may want to stay for the opportunity of getting a few medals.

He's a good dribbler and isn't afraid to take people on, which is a bonus in a winger. Very good feet and has a few tricks in his locker.

However, as Dean said, he is inconsistent. There will be games when he plays and he just doesn't touch the ball until he gets subbed. You can't really rely on him to create something as sometimes he just doesn't turn up. If a team offered over £10m for him, I wouldn't mind him leaving at all.
