Well, I asked the public on Tiki-Taka, who was better Roberto Carlos or Ashley Cole?

12 votes for Roberto Carlos and 2 votes for Ashley Cole. 1 of the 2 votes was a Barca fan which hates Real Madrid very very much. Laughing

Like I said before, if Cole was anything but English, he'd be rated higher.

Doesn't matter. He'd be rated so much higher if he was Spanish, or Brazilian for example.

It's arguable if he would even make those countries National Teams.

Fuck off, Spain and Brazil's "problem positions" are at left back Neutral

He's the best left back in the world, simple as. He'd get into pretty much every team in the world.

Yep, Capdevila and Bastos > Cole.

LB is Spains weakest position on paper, but I believe Capdevilla has shown especially this WC that it's not the case. Capdevilla plays at world class level when playing for Spain. (Although he doesn't as much in club football =\)

Cole isn't made for Brazilian football, he'd be a hindrance.

No, I meant Cole would do a great job running up and down the pitch, and be stable defender, but he isn't Brazilian, he just wouldn't fit in the play style...

Perhaps under Dunga, who employed a more European approach, Cole would succeed, but Dunga is abnormal.

Cole playing for Brazil? What should the best full back in the world be good at? - Page 6 70955 Brazil's problem is not LB, we had tonnes of Left Backs, just because they are switched usually don't mean we have a problem there.

Just for the record, if people watch Andre Santos and Michel Bastos they are just fit into Brazil game...I don't think Cole can fit.

I still don't get what the fuss is about A. Cole, if he was at a foreign country he won't be rated so highly like people on here are doing.

If it's about attack, Dani Alves and Maicon are better in attacking than Cole.

    Premier League > Serie A.

Not that Serie A isn't bad, but when it was on over here for a season, I couldn't really get into it too much.

I think that was the reason why it only stayed for a bit, because most people were similar to you and never got into it.

Anyway, chiboy, you should join Tiki-Taka, it has a rather large english speaking Brazilian Community as well.

For me Serie A is entertaining, and I wish it was on instead of EPL and whatever game Real Madrid and Barca are playing.

And you only want me banned due to some figment of your imagination making you believe I have something against England and English people/players.
