I need help choosing a Serie A team for my next save. I'm thinking AC Milan, Napoli, or Roma. Which should I choose?

I don't like Inter. If I'm going to do a club like them, i would choose AC.

Udinese or Lazio are also good.

I think I'll go with Roma. They have good youth facilities and recruitment. They also have some aging players that I need to replace.

you can't replace anyone if you have no money lol. roma has the 2nd lowest transfer budget in all of serie A

quit FM without saving so I have to go back to my game against Rubin Kazan in the Europa League. Last time I lost 2-1 this time I drew 1-1

Yeah, I just saw that. They have less than £1M in transfer budget. But if I sell off some of the older people, I can get some more money. I will mostly be bringing in young cheap talents anyways, so I don't need the money. It will just be an additional challenge.

you can't lol. burdisso had a world class performance in my first season, got capped for national team, got into the serie A XI of the year, yet still no one was willing to buy him. its impossible to sell players in FM

Set player 'Offer to Clubs' and 'Offer %125' in Team Policy. Do this at the start of the season. Always works.

i do "offer to clubs" with selling price at "€0" and still can't get rid of him, even for free

sure, when i get home. he's not even a deadwood player. it's nicolas burdisso and he was my 2nd choice centerback during my 1st season. got into the serie A team of the year. got capped for argentina regularly. still could not manage to sell him, even for free. his wages are killer

Could be a bug. But even how shit the player is, If you offer him at 0, clubs should really come in. Maybe it's because of his high wage?

but even so, i was able to get rid of borriello by paying part of his wages until his contract ends

but i don't even get that option with burdisso

had the same problem with simplicio, brighi, and taddei. couldn't even get them transfered for free. couldn't even loan them out with me paying 100% wages. i had to keep force-loaning them to my feeder clubs until their contracts expired

stickey, pick a team in the 2. Bundes/Liga Adelante/Serie B/champ and bring them up and then try to win the league long term, its actually really fun

sampdoria/serieB would be fun. they have palombo/pozzi/sergioromero. they're extremely easy though and should bash all the other serie B clubs. they're like west ham in FM

hes on loan at inter, so if he got promoted 1st season, palombo would not be involved.

well, the difference is with west ham you can get promoted but you'll be bashed in the EPL

with samps, you can get promoted and probably fall within midtable in Serie A, if not Europa League spots
