Thought it was threadworthy because he is an English player.

If he's English and wants to play for Poland then he can't be that great can he?

Yeah I sort of wiki'd him

What kind of striker is he? He has a good record so I presume he is a poacher? Put him in the box with the ball and he'll score type player?
If he is consistent, then I assume we can have use for him, seeing as Jelen is off form and Brozek is stuck in the shitty SPL.
If Jelen/Brozek don't find form, he'd be third choice after Rew and Grosicki I guess.

Not necessarily. He isn't going to compete with Rooney, Bent, Sturridge and Welbeck is he?Jord wrote:If he's English and wants to play for Poland then he can't be that great can he?
Doesn't mean he isn't good. Thus the question in the OP.

Jutkiewicz is about SPL standard, showed that with Motherwell, and you're creaming your pants over him saying he wants to play for Poland

Don't care one way or another, this guy is 4th choice realistically. And that is now, we have a few talented strikers in the Bundesliga whom I think will become good players.
And he is Championship standard as others have said in this thread. Championship >>> SPL.

Polska getting mad because someone dares criticise Polish football again, what a surprise.

I have to correct alot of people sure, but it's you SPL boys who are ultra-defensive of pure shite. The Maestro wrote:Polska getting mad because someone dares criticise Polish football again, what a surprise.

Your a deluded wank, all you go on about is coefficients
You are not higher in the coefficient, this season yes but by uefa standards Scottish football is the 15th best league in Europe. Polish football is the 24th
Can you imagine a Scottish international going to play in Poland? Can you fuck, the Ekstraklasa is brutal

Why would a Scottish international go to Ekstraklasa when he can go to League 1? Worse quality of football sure, but the same country and language and probably similar pay.The Maestro wrote:Your a deluded wank, all you go on about is coefficients

We have internationals from comparable countries playing in our league and as I have said in the past, our league is improving anyway. Rome wasn't built in a day.
Wrong thread too btw.
Mods can we have this thread cleaned up?

Scottish internationals don't go to League 1 ffs! You don't know enough about the Championship, the SPL or League 1 to make your points valid. And I think it says a lot that Poland's third choice striker is Celtic's fourth choice.

We are a bit in transition when it comes to strikers. Zurawski, Frankowski, Robak, Zahorski, Smolarek, and a few others times are over, and we have a few raw youngsters not yet ready. Lewandowski and Jelen (when on form) are pretty good strikers on the European stage, and Grosicki closely follows them. Brozek was once much better than he is today. Only reason Brozek is even a choice is because of his past.
He hasn't even gotten called up once since joining Celtic anyway.

Polska, How many Polish internationalists play in The Premier League? Exactly.
How many Scottish internationalists play in The Premier League? I'd say around 15, kthxbai.

In Poland's prime when we were undoubtedly a better team than England, we still had no internationals in the PL.
For that matter, how many Italian or German internationals play in England?

Let's say both leagues are extremely shit and call it a day?

No, I'll accept that Scotland is poor due to it's financial state.

And Poland is poor because it doesn't embrace Marek Saganowski.
