The fact is both managers of both clubs spoke to their players and agreed to shake hands and get on with it. Evra did as he promised to his manager despite not being really comfortable with it. Suarez on the other hand failed to keep to his promise.
"Luis didn’t shake his hand because Evra’s hand was down there. What else is Luis supposed to do?"
Uhhh....move your hand down just a few inches more? Are you that lazy? I think the position of Evra's hand for the shake was a sign of disgust at Suarez. And like I said earlier, it's like he is sending out a message that he is only doing it because his manager told him to.
"The reason I wore the T-shirt is because I know 100 per cent Luis Suarez is not racist."
100%? Really? Even if he isn't racist, do you know for 100% that he didn't use racial slurs towards Evra during the match?
"We wore them to show our support for Luis. It wasn’t to send a message to everyone else. It was just for him."
Why do you need to wear shirts in public and in front of millions on TV to show support for one person you meet everyday? Why not just all get together with Suarez and tell him how much you support him without doing it in public? I'm sure Suarez will still get the message.
I'm 100% sure they've already had a group huddle and told Suarez of their support. Now Johnson is airing his profound feelings to the outside world, given that so many common-folk have been brainwashed or just led on by the media.
