I'm not normally a big forum poster. I just seem to respond to people backing up their arguments with so called facts that haven't got a bit of truth to them.

And why is that? Does he play on his own or am I missing something? He is a vital cog in our team and he's the focal point for our attacks but that doesn't mean we're dead without him. We have him him in our team so we focus on using him because he is a great talent so he gets loads of goals and assists... Demba Ba has a higher percentage of goal contribution to Newcastle than Van Persie does to Arsenal.. And they could probably manage without him for a few weeks..

Who would score the goals? I mean when you win it tends to be because of something special, usually by Van Persie.

I don't really get that argument at all. Sure, if van Persie gets injured, we'd struggle. If Liverpool bought Lionel Messi, their chances of finishing fourth would drastically increase. If Tottenham lost every game from here up until the end of the season, we might have a chance of finishing higher than them. Bizarre argument really, making predictions on something that's almost entirely random.

Reckon you still need a sitter to bring balance to the midfield, dont think song is that man. Dont get me wrong, good player, but he is not the brutal sitter you need.

He's been in great form for the very long time of 13 months. We've managed without him before and we sure can again..

And when we win it isn't always down to him. Who creates his goals? He scores as many as he does because the team focus on him and getting the ball to him.. 2 years ago we played Arshavin up top and we still managed and we had Fabregas and Nasri out for a bit during that period too.

I didn't bring it up to say you won't get fourth Dry Smile

I brought it up because that is an obvious flaw in the team...
