Not really. Spain have the best senior players in the world as well as the best youngsters. You will never in your lifetime see Spain drop down to the level of the current English NT.

Football is the biggest sport in England and we produce the highest amount of footballers in Europe, but most of our players struggle to make it up to npower league 2 status.
