I don't think Frimpong's passing was ever better than Song's though.

Re: Official Arsenal FC Thread
People on the Wolves forum are saying he's already a legend for them . Frimpong is a media junkie tbh. Dyed his hair yellow/orange for the Wolves fans.
But yeah if we get £8m+ for him we should be happy with that. Also since he's decided to play for Ghana we will lose both him and Song during the ACON in the future (basically when he'd be needed the most).
Has Ryo Miyaichi made his debut yet for Bolton? Not quite sure how we're doing with injuries but who do you guys think will start against Milan and if anyone's going try record some footage if you could

Just to let people know, there is another ACON in 2013 so we'll lose Song, Gervinho and Frimpong next January too.

He will probably stay and play some cup games with us for the first half of the season and get loaned out to a lower EPL club I'd say. Probably West Ham again if they do indeed get promoted.
I don't think he will ever make it as a first team regular here tbh.

They're changing the structure so the ACON is only held on odd-number years. It would have clashed with the 2014 WC apparently.

indeed we do, off the top of my head however im not sure who we would really get? We really need that 4th spot before we identify targets

I say we bring in this beast.
and then sell some of our shit midfielders and get this other beast.
Thats what I would do anyway.

What a selfish and stupid thing to do. Why couldn't they just skip this year's one instead of having two on the trot?

He's nowhere near Rvp's level though.
Still better than any other striker we have. Would be a good back up.
But we would have to fight with Newcastle to get him.

Giroud is ridiculously tall his flick ons to the likes of Chamberlain running from the wing would be deadly EDIT: wait only 6ft 3? I thought he was taller than that, he wins tonnes of headers

He's only 6'3 but he is probably one of the best players in the world when it comes to heading. He's got spring boots which allow him to out jump everyone.Arsenal wrote:Giroud is ridiculously tall his flick ons to the likes of Chamberlain running from the wing would be deadly EDIT: wait only 6ft 3? Because then they would have to go 3 years without a tournament, the tradition is to have the Championship every two years. It's a bit selfish of Europeans like you to say Africa shouldn't have their tournament because it doesn't suit the interests of the wealthy European clubs who exploit their players.

The club's pay the players wages. They have every right to be selfish.

I don't have a problem with them having their tournament in the middle of the club season, but if they want to reorganise the structure then they should be the ones who pay, not the clubs. And how on earth do European clubs exploit their players? By giving them the opportunity to use their state of the art facilities in order to help them develop into better players? Yeah, definite exploitation.
