Kid is the typical insult people like you use, because you're at that age when you're a bit insecure regarding whether you're a boy or a man, so it's one you find particularly irritating. You think it makes you seem superior, it doesn't, it shows that you are still a bit childish. I have been watching football professionally since you were in primary school, you should show more respect for what I say - flash in the pan speed merchants like Bale and talentless beasts like Tiote aren't better than consistent Champions.

They are the consistent Champions I'm talking about. They've both won 6 titles in the last 5 years.

Really? What areas of Michael Carrick's game have declined? I know you were at the heady age of 11 when he signed for United, so I'm sure you'll have some very valuable things to say when judging the path of his career.

Against teams that close down fast he is useless, takes way too long on the ball. Every shot he does he tries to side foot it and place it no matter how far out he is.He has average vision and is hardly creative anymore, he also does not seem to be on the same wave length of other players like Nani and Rooney spoiling build up and overall ruining his link up play.

Darren Fletcher, obviously. Before that it was Owen Hargreaves.

He can't be spoiling the build up play that much then. The only valid criticism you've brought up is that he's not very good at shooting, but he never has been. He's never been the more creative player, he's always been the more defensive guy, unless he's alongside that joke Fletcher, which has pretty much killed his career. Put him alongside a creative player like Scholes, or even Giggs, and he's very good.

Carrick was our best midfielder until last season tbh. He just seems to take a little too long on the ball, which is probably due to lack of match experience.

He still was last season to be fair, the problem was that he was playing central midfield on his own for most of the season.

Who? Carrick as a midfielder? Depends how many "catagories" you use I suppose.

Lets say I just asked you "Tell me your top 5 EPL midfielders based on what they do best"

For eg like putting David Silva higher than De Jong because you think Silva does his job better than De Jong does his.

    Give me your top 5

Silva, Modric, Van der Vaart, Toure and Lucas I guess.. So no he wouldn't. None of our midfielders would :/

If you want to include wingers and second strikers then Carrick isn't in the top 5, but that'd be a bit dishonest.
