Modric is prevented from starting a Champions League Final by the quality of his club, one day his club will improve, and he will have a much better chance of achieving it. Tiote is prevented due to his lack of talent, which is something that will never improve.

OK, I see nothing will change your opinion. I'll come back to this when Tiote is in a Man United/Man City/Chelsea shirt in a few years.

No you won't, because it will never happen unless one of those clubs suffers a major decline. You delusional Geordies used to say the same thing about Séamus Given, and when he did go to City he failed badly, and got forced out.

Seriously get out of your little Manchester United dream world.

Tiote is arguably the best DM in the league, Chelsea have been after him for a while now.

For a start Song is a better DM, then you've got Parker and Lucas ahead of him aswell.

He's a good player but best DM in the league? no chance.

Arguably .. he is only rivaled by Parker and to some extent Song and De Jong.
But I mean you can compare him with players like Parker

    Forgot about De Jong.

I'd put Sandro ahead of him too.

You'd be hard pressed to argue the case he's the best in the league Laughing

If Chelsea have been after him for a while (in the real world, not your imagination) then why haven't they signed him? They're not exactly fucking reluctant to spend money, and I don't think Tiote is so committed to Newcastle United that he'd turn it down. Why the fuck would they need him anyway, they already have Mikel, Ramires, Meireles, Romeu, Lampard, and Essien to come back later this season. Don't believe everything you read in the newspapers you dopey cunt.

Manchester United were after Carrick in 2006, do you know how I know that? Because we went out and signed him, and since then we've had a tremendous amount of success. If Tiote is so much better than the 'average player' Carrick, then why didn't Ferguson show the slightest bit of interest? Why is he still playing for Newcastle United? Mike Ashley's hardline stance on transfers?

Nope, I believe that each and every one of the players care for each other, and that all the money grabbers we had are gone. Only way anyone will leave is for a better chance of Silverware. The team-spirit and belief we have is the best in the league imo.

That's utter dogshit, and you know it. If City came in and offered one of your players double the wages he'd go without a fucking doubt. Regardless, Chelsea have a better chance of Silverware, so why wouldn't he have gone?

Yes he would, because Man City have a better chance of Silverware

And I don't know why he rejected Chelsea, its obviously something about the team that lures players to us that I don't know about. The same reason why Ben Arfa and Santon joined when they could have gone to better teams think

He didn't reject Chelsea, it's an absolute fabrication. If Newcastle had ever accepted an offer they'd have posted it on their official website, like they did Andy Carroll. Did Kevin Nolan split because of a better chance of silverware as well?

Saying kid to someone 5 years your senior isn't big, and it isn't clever.

Nolan was never going to get into the team and saw a chance to get first team football, with a manager he has a history with. Nothing to do with money.

Plus, we didn't give him the contract length he wanted, West Ham did.
