You would think that, you are a Liverpool supporter. Put your biases aside and a neutral could easily view any or all of those players as being better than Suarez. Torres and Drogba are far more experienced, proven players than Suarez, and Hernandez is a better goalscorer. I do think Suarez is a better footballer than Hernandez, but its not laughable that someone would rate a better goalscorer as a better striker.

If you include HErnandez over Suarez because Hernandez is a better goal scorer then why do you include Rooney over RVP when RVP is the better goal scorer.

O'Shea and Evra over Baines? Have you ever even seen Baines play? I remember he caused you lots of problems recently.

Carrick hardly even starts for United now, how can he better than players like Tiote, VDV etc?

Go and read the facts, de Gea has made more saves than practically any goalkeeper in the Premier League.

GK: Yeah a defenders job is to defend, but a modern fullbacks need to be able to do both attacking and defending to a competent level. So taking attacking ability should be taken into account. Atleast IMO it should.

1) A defenders duty is to defend is it not? It means Baines may be good going forward, but he should also be judged mostly on defending abilities. Going forward really is a bonus.

2) So don't look at stats for De Gea because his defence is allowing more shots? Surely this helps his case that he is a good keeper because although he has an inconsistent defence in front of him he's still able to keep shots out?

3) Bale as much as I love him is a kick and run player, although he is starting to improve more, there could be an argument that Valencia offers more. Although I do love Bale, and believe he is quality, and better then Valencia, it's just you could make that argument.

Well I mean if you're talking about a wing back yes. But surely you shouldn't rate one defender higher because one can attack better and barely defend, where as the other one would be good at defending and decent at getting forward, because the second is the better at doing his job description

Carrick not starting has been a big reason for United's inconsistent start to the season. Tiote is just a big fucking beast with no talent, Carrick is a much better player, and van der Vaart is a forward.
