I accidentally downgraded a player's squad status and he got upset. I had a conversation with him and apologized and promised it won't happen again. He said he didn't trust me. 
I didn't want to mess with the morale, so I apologized again and promised. He then accepted it and warned me not to make another mistake. If he was at Barcelona, I would have transfered his ass.
