Do players develop just as well if they're losing games? I was thinking of scrapping my youth team completely and using my reserve team and the reserve league to look after my youngsters. After a couple of years at a club, my reserve team becomes pointless anyway because I don't sign junk players, and if I do by accident, I sell them off ASAP and any players to old for my youth team are usually out on loan getting first team football.
