Well if he can't disprove it, why is he stating that they're fake?

Because they weren't backed up with anything, the same way you'd say my quote when I spoke to Gerrard in the pub was fake.

Re: "What they say about Stevie G"
Steven Gerrard, can't say enough good things about him as a footballer. I mean let's all just have a fucking minute here and think about it, he's only not really liked in England or by certain English fans, is because he's been involved with a failing English team over the years, imagine England won a World Cup? Fucking hell, he'd be treated a like a king.
I just found it funny, when I was at the match Wolves match, and Stevie came on with 10 left, every time he got the ball, he was booed, and then rang chants of 'where were you in AF-RI-CA'.

Steven Gerrard is a Legend of a footballer, and whoever you think is better or worse than him anyone that know's anything about football will know he has been top class. And he has carried Liverpool so often in his career, being the match winner so often.

I can think of a very good reason that England have failed over all the years Gerrard has been a key member of the team.Dean wrote:Steven Gerrard, can't say enough good things about him as a footballer. And so has a lot of others, who have also failed England with some of their performances and they were also players that were top class in their club sides.

RR is like a vulture, feeding off scraps, his forum livelihood depends on picking anything he can from posts relating Liverpool and unsuccessfully attempting to tear it to shreds.
Regarding your post Dean, you seem to get that from small clubs way more than bigger ones, it's like their only chance of supporting a team that has world class players, so they become incredibly bitter when it doesn't go well. When you look at the England flags, especially on away trips, you'll often see the crest of a team like Wolves in the corner of it, very rarely do you see a Liverpool/United/Other Big Northern Clubs.
