Re: Liverpool FC Official Thread
Anyway Man Utd already 1-0 against Chelsea, they'll get handed a new one today, so we're still only 3 points behind Chelsea, providing the lose today, which I'm fairly sure they will.

Same, I post in here more than the Chat Thread, even about off topic stuff.Scott wrote:I don't see this as a Liverpool thread only. I see it as a chat thread amongst Liverpool fans.

That game was no game to draw together any thoughts.

Defensive cover is a must in the winter. Then one midfielder would be nice.

Brighton might be a decent game to try him there, if he's fit that is.Dean wrote:Yes, definitely.

Enough of this. He'll have to retire of old age eventually.

Re: Liverpool FC Official Thread
Danny Wilson deserves a chance before we stick Kelly at centre back. Not only that, but Kelly seems more suited to playing right back and has looked a lot better than Johnson playing there. If anyone is gonna be converted then it should be Johnson, to right wing.

Nah, because his organizing and leadership skills are invaluable.

He's still a big prospect, needs play at mid-week.

He also needs League games though. Think he could surprise alot of people as well.

Why?
Either that or sell him. We have enough liabilities in the defence.

Re: Liverpool FC Official Thread
Johnson's too injury prone. What's the use in having two injury prone right backs? I'd rather keep Kelly than Johnson and bring in an Ivanovic type player who will fit in anyway across the back four. But I like Johnson's loyalty .

We need more center-backs, and he could be that if he begins to fulfill his potential. Him, Kelly and Coates could become the bedrock of our defence.
