I don't see where you're getting from, even Walcott has his moments of brilliance, do you rate him? I've never rated Arshavin on the wing, to make things clear. He'd probably be a more than decent AM, if he'd actually do his defensive duty.

If that were the case why did Theo and Nasri never replicate the same amounts of assists/goals? Arshavin still adds a lot going forward, he has the ability to be in the right places at the right time, a bit like Hernandez, but without the work rate.

He was never going to be the main force in our attack with Cesc here, I have no idea why Arsene refuses to play him more centrally now Cesc is gone though.
