Jermain Defoe or Darren Bent

Yeah and I'm saying he's not at a big club like Defoe is, so talking about form from them both is unfair.

Swap them around and Defoe will be banging them in and Bent wont be. Proved, like I said by the fact when he was with us he wasn't that good so was sold on for Defoe.....

Well Defoe hasn't played in about a month so you can't really judge on now. And Defoe got a hattrick in his last England performance, and scored in the win over Young Boys

I just think Bent has got more physical presence, so I like him a lot more.

Well, you can't deny that they are both proven goalscorers. Both Defoe and Bent scored alot of goals at Spurs, and that's what you need. And Bent in particular has a great record scoring against the big teams. Although i'm not sure of Defoe's record against top teams.

Defoe

Bent scores plenty of goals, but does very little else. Defoe scores plenty of goals, but in the past couple of years the rest of his play has been a lot better. He is stronger at holding the ball up now, he makes more intelligent runs than Bent, and all round is a more complete striker.

I vote Defoe.

Because he was injured for much of the 2nd half of last season. Even when he returned he was still not 100%.

Well Bent does more with less around him, but Defore seems like the most complete player to me.
