It's actually quite rational what Carragher's saying to be fair, I don't see what's so 'overboard' or 'shocking' or 'funny' about it. He was our record transfer. He was sold for £50m, he's 27, past his best and he was a want away striker. And that's been proved as he hasn't got anywhere near the form he had with us when he's played in a Chelsea shirt. Chelsea fans have seen fuck all and they'll most probably never see fuck all, well, certainly won't be close to what I witnessed week in week out for 3 and a half years.

And just to add on to that. Carragher's not being bitter, him and Torres never really had a great 'relationship' anyway. Certainly not towards the end of his time here. Torres weren't pulling his weight by the end and that's something Carragher fucking despised. I remember that time he kicked off at him at Goodison, Carragher hit a ball forward and Torres just stood there and shrugged his shoulders, Carragher wanted to fucking kill him.
Carragher knows the score, he's rational, smart and has got a thinking cap. 50 million pounds was great business for Liverpool Football Club. I agree.
