Why are you all doing the neu face? He's shit and overrated anyway. Adam and Lucas are both better, Spearing is decent cover, Henderson I think, can play in the centre so he can cover there if needed, and then in a few weeks Gerrard will be back fit.

No, just no. He's a great player, and we need him. Add to that, we've strengthened one of our rivals. They would be in trouble without him.

Gerrard's pretty much done, and Henderson doesn't play that well at CM.

Wonder why he was so upset. Did he really want to leave because he knew he'd be on the bench... He's a good player he should fight for his place. It's just so strange.

With the speed the Meireles deal was done, I'm guessing a deal was nearly agreed and they just released that Meireles sent in a request since the club wanted to show Meiereles wanted out and was not just being offloaded.

Anyone else got really high hopes for Bellamy

Steven Gerrard, Lucas Leiva, Charlie Adam, Jay Spearing (No Europe either). Yeah looks really thin. Plus Jordan Henderson and Jonjo Shelvey. 6 Midfielders for 2 positions and we aren't even in Europe.
