I came into this thread thinking ManCity bought another player and thrashed Ronaldo's record, then I saw Messi and laughed.
Neither Barca nor Messi would accept a move. There is no amount of money that accurately values Messi. 100m + Balotelli is laughable. Not only is 100m not enough, but Balotelli would be a hinderance to the team rather than a gain. So really, it's like offering Barca less than 100m.
