DON'T READ MY SPOILER IF YOU HAVEN'T SEEN THE FINALE YET!
- Spoiler:
- When Michonne comes in to save Andrea. That was fucking awsome! The ending and everything was soooo good man!!! FUCKING BUSSIN!!!!!
It feels really...I don't know how to say it. But it feels strange having a character like Michonne, I know she is like this in the comics but up until then it seemed like you have just been playing GTA for example and then you play Saints Row and you see some guy running around with a dildo beating up people.
Up until then seemed like a realistic survival horror, but now it feels like Resident evil. Its hard to explain. I don't know if you get me but thats how it feels.

Re: The Walking Dead Chat Thread
- Spoiler:
- I'd put a lot of money on Daryl's brother being in that prison just around from where they're staying. I found it quite strange how Rick just left the sheriff bag, but thankfully Andrea picked it up.
One of the best episodes I've ever seen from any series.

Re: The Walking Dead Chat Thread
Spoiler information on Rick's second child.
DO NOT CLICK THE NEXT SPOILER UNLESS YOU'RE INTERESTED IN DEATHS REGARDING CHARACTERS.
Of course the series doesn't follow the comics 100%, but this could be a possibility.
- Spoiler:
- Judith is the second child born to Rick and Lori Grimes and the first infant depicted as having been born after the apocalypse. As the only person so far to have no memories of a world without the horrors of the zombie apocalypse her parents expressed hopes that she would not live in constant fear as they do and accept the post zombie world as the way things are without referencing the way things used to be.
It was a point of contention within the comics as to who is Judith's biological father. Lori had a very brief sexual liason with Shane, Rick's best friend on their way to Atlanta. This puts Shane into the right time frame for Judith's conception, although Rick was reunited with Lori not long after so it is still entirely possible that he is indeed Judith's biological father. Rick has since forgiven Lori for her affair with Shane but forbids mention that he might not be Judith's biological father. As far as he's concerned he loves his daughter and the circumstances of her conception are completely irrelevant.
DO NOT CLICK THE NEXT SPOILER UNLESS YOU'RE INTERESTED IN DEATHS REGARDING CHARACTERS.
- Spoiler:
- Judy's life came to an abrupt and tragic end as she and her mother were killed in the final stages of the Woodbury Army's assault on The Prison. She was not wounded by the gunshot, but died instantly as Lori fell on her. Judith is mentioned several times by Carl and Rick after her and Lori's death. During a long talk with Douglas, Rick acknowleges Lori's affair with Shane, and affirms his doubt about being Judith's biological father.
Of course the series doesn't follow the comics 100%, but this could be a possibility.

The ending is more than worth it. The last picture you see is where S3 takes place, and you get to meet a new character.

Re: The Walking Dead Chat Thread
Watched season finale... not that good really. Don't know why people are all giddy.
Rick is starting to sound like Shane, I hate that mother fucking bitch of a wife and hope she dies. I am glad we finally got to the prison in the comic books. The farm house was boring as hell and over stretched. Could've done with 8-10 episodes instead.

- Spoiler:
- Shane had to die. He isn't supposed to even be in the farm house in the comic books, he was supposed to die at the abandoned mine in the first season, and his role would seriously fuck over the third season at the prison.
I agree with Rick, this can't be a democracy anymore. If they are to survive, they need a despotic form of governing, like humans had before the formation of states. Just the way Rick made this point confused and scared the fuck out of everyone and made everyone hate him.
Also something that confused me... What happened to Hershel's children and Otis' girlfriend? Only Maggie and her sister survived(who got taken away from her sisters hands by walkers when they were fleeing the barn btw?), when they and the son all survived into the prison... Well I guess even Otis was supposed to survive till the prison but what ev.
- comic books spoilerz:
- As for the wife, what a fucking bitch. I hope she dies the same way she dies in the comic books and I hope we get to see all of it for my amusement.

Re: The Walking Dead Chat Thread
Lol. My friend said people were hating on the wife hard core on a TWD discussion. One person apparently said something along the lines of "I hope the baby turns into a zombie whilst it's inside Laurie and eats her from the inside-out."
As for the new character that is introduced, who is that?

Everyone's favourite character in the comics. A few more people are being added too, the Governor for example.

And you're like, fuck this bitch is going to be doing ninja shit I bet.

Re: The Walking Dead Chat Thread
Anyone know what the message on the car for Sophia was? Just a message telling saying goodbye, or something?
- NextLocationSpoiler:
- I think Rick's intention all along, had they not been side-tracked by Sophia going missing and Lori finding out she was pregnant, was to lead the group to the prison. It makes logical sense in that situation; a well fortified location, potentially a generator meaning you could hook up the security systems and cameras again, likely a fairly decent stockpile of arms.
It's what I'd do.
But knowing this show, they'll likely get there and the place will be infested with walkers, and they'll lose at least one member of the group before securing the location.
I'm betting Hershel is the next to go, just to add an extra element of drama to the whole "Lori is pregnant" thing.

Re: The Walking Dead Chat Thread
I'll eat my hat if this goes to 7 seasons.
It's going to get cancelled eventually, it's too good to last long.
We live in a society with short attention spans. This show is already too much "Talking Dead" for a lot of people.
My favorite thing about this show is character development and I think this is what this show does well(despite some plot holes) I really hope it doesn't turn into your typical zombie flick. I like those zombie flicks too but I like this because it's different.
Hope, I'm wrong of course.

- Spoiler:
- By the way I can see Rick becoming the series anti-hero now. Up until now Shane was Rick's foil.(If you don't know what that means think, Don Quixote and Sancho Panza, Holmes and Watson, Ryu and Ken, Harry Potter and Draco Malfoy, Hank and Dean Venture, get the picture? They don't necessarily have to be enemies just opposites, who get in eachother's way a bit(or more than a bit))
Of course unless some new foil shows up, or there's a villain they must defeat. Still though, I can see Rick doing increasingly "evil" things as the series progress. He's already been pretty close to some "evil" actions, like considering killing Randal and being intent in going through with it.

Yeah for this to go to 7 seasons would kind of draw it out, even now its starting to feel a bit drawn out already but maybe the new season will bring a fresh new style. Have they already filmed all 7?
