Re: Liverpool FC Official Thread
I would agree that Liverpool fans are generally louder than most fans - but that is not very helpful when most chants are abusing their own team, moans, groans, grunts and digs at opposing teams rather than cheering on their own

dalejohnsonESPN Dale Johnson
So this is how I *think* it is working. Bare with me. Atletico are interested in Dani Pacheco but they are not sure if he is good enough.
dalejohnsonESPN Dale Johnson
So to keep him out of the clutches of others they sign him on loan, probably with an option to buy at the end of the season
dalejohnsonESPN Dale Johnson
Dani Pacheco is then loaned out by Atletico to Ray Vallecano, who will act as a testing ground. If he proves himself Atletico sign him.

But if Dani Pacheco proves not good enough at Rayo, then Atletico just return him to Liverpool. They have the right to buy but not the risk.
Bye Pacheco and good luck

Re: Liverpool FC Official Thread
Liverpool are weighing up a move to bring Craig Bellamy back to Anfield, but only if Manchester City are willing to let him go on a free transfer.
Bellamy, 32, is under consideration by Liverpool manager Kenny Dalglish as a back-up to his £58m strikeforce of Luiz Suarez and Andy Carroll.
The Welshman has been told he has no future under manager Roberto Mancini.
Bellamy, who has also recently been linked with Sunderland, is believed to be on a contract worth £95,000 a week.
Liverpool are willing to offer the much-travelled striker - who endured a single frustrating season at Anfield in 2006-2007 when he scored seven goals in 27 appearances - a lucrative deal but it is understood that any significant progress depends on City being willing to hand him a free transfer.
Bellamy was an unused substitute in the 2007 Champions League final against AC Milan in Athens and was involved in an well-publicised incident when he attacked then team-mate Jon Arne Riise with a golf club on a team-bonding exercise before Liverpool met Barcelona at the Nou Camp.
Bellamy left Liverpool for West Ham United before enjoying early success under his former Wales boss Mark Hughes at Manchester City.
But he soon fell from favour under Mancini. and spent last season on loan at Cardiff before returning to Eastlands after the Welsh side failed to win promotion from the Championship.
Celtic - where he has also been on loan - have expressed their interest but Bellamy is understood to prefer a move that allows him to stay in the Premier League.

Be made up if we get him as a back up striker, and he lowered his wages a bit.

"I am delighted to have arrived here," said Aquilani. "This is a leap in my career.
"I have come to Milan to do well.
"I have different characteristics to (former AC Milan midfielder) Andrea Pirlo but this is a further responsibility for me.
"I believe I can play in all positions in midfield.
"The clause of making at least 25 appearances? It's not a problem for me and I'm not thinking about it.
"I will do everything possible to earn the trust of the club."
Sounds gutted to be going, didn't want to leave at all, definitely forcing him out.

Maybe he was loaned because he quite clearly wants to leave?

Why say he obviously doesn't want to be here? If you showed that you wanted to keep him maybe he would, but he's being treated like some shit kid who nobody wants to play with, when he'll start for Milan and do a good job there.

That's the impression some people in this thread are trying to give off, when in fact they haven't got a clue what's going on, and it's obvious to most people that he has been wanting to leave for ages.arsenalap11 wrote:Why say he obviously doesn't want to be here? You've said this a lot and I have no idea where you are getting it from. I don't think anyone here doubts that he wants to leave.

Fair enough, but i'm going by what most people on here say. Did Kenny or anyone ever tell him that he should stay and that he'll get games or anything?

Then you obviously have no clue.
We've shown he has a future here, he played pretty much every game in pre-season and Kenny said he had a future he. But he is leaving because........
he wants to.

Denilson played our first few pre-season games, he has no future here. Eboue played in our pre-season, he had no future here e/t/c. Pre-season doesn't mean a thing.

Why act smart.. Kenny could have said it in a press conference, or interview or w/e.

So ignore the fact that Kenny has said he was happy to have him here?
The current board/coaching staff have done nothing wrong. They've said they want him here. He just wants to be back in Italy. End of.
Also, maybe for you, but the players we don't really want to keep have not featured as much as Aquilani. Poulsen, Insua, El Zhar, Cole etc. They played nowhere near as much as Aquilani.

I think you misread it brah, Jord said he obviously didn't want to be here (meaning Liverpool)
But it's kind of annoyed me how he hasn't said anything to the fans about wanting to leave or wanting to stay. But like I said it's been pretty obvious that he didn't even want to be here in the first place. He was pretty much forced out of Roma.
