Ah, missed that one. Thanks. What was I thinking. I should have just said Leo.

I agree that Xavi is more important, but you're underrating Iniesta who has, in Xavi's absence, ran games before.
I am not underrating him. I think he is a good player, but I think far more people overrated him. I mean to say that Barcelona should have three players finish 1, 2, and 3 in an award is just mad. There are players who had better seasons than Andres AND Xavi yet both remain entrenched in awards. I can see why Xavi would be included, but Andres in my opinion is one of the most overrated players in the world and has been for quite some time.arsenalap11 wrote:AriseForLife wrote:I didn't say he needed Xavi to perform, I said he couldn't carry Barcelona and that much is true. I agree that Iniesta didn't deserve to be in the top 3 after his injury hit season(clearly only got it because of the world cup winning goal), but he had a better season this time out than Xavi imo, I can't think of many bar Messi and Ronaldo who had better.

Sahin, Hernanes, Hamsik all had top class seasons like Iniesta but easily forgotton because of the club they play in.Jamie wrote:AriseForLife wrote:Jamie wrote:Personally I think Iniesta's injury in 2009/2010 is a big reason why they didn't win the Champions League.

I don't watch them enough to agree or disagree but it certainly wouldn't be undeserved if Iniesta was in the top 3 again.
Ironically though he's less likely to get a top 3 place the year he actually deserves it just because of 1 goal.

Hell in the same league I would have put Ozil on the list ahead of Andres. Just comes to show how overrated he is by the press and fans alike.
Leo = World fucking class
Xavi = World class
Andres = Good player

Andres = Good player

Pretty sure he's even said before he doesn't watch La Liga.

I don't watch La Liga like I do PL or Lique 1, but as I said before I have watched enough of RM. Barcelona and I do follow Valencia.
Who exactly do I have a hard on for?
Who exactly do I have a hard on for?

You might be right, Polska is well known for his rating of players based on FM and he agrees with everything Arise says.

Mesut is a good player, but Andres is much better. The likes of Andy, Cristiano and Leo are in the world fucking class bracket. Andres is with Xavi in the world class bracket.
