According to Bild, there exists a clause in Hummels' current deal, stating that Hummels could leave for as little as €8 million in 2012. However, the Ruhr club is considering offering the player €2m to remove this term, meaning that the 22-year-old will stay at the Ruhr club until at least 2013.
January transfer should be interesting if he doesn't sign a new deal.
