Surprised by that myself. Could've done a very good job for a number of teams in the Premier League. Even a newly promoted one if mid-table clubs weren't interested at all.

I wish people would stop bringing this up, when the Welsh teams joined the English leagues there was no Welse league for them to join.

Sorry, I'm just asking as I don't know the rules for these situations. I have just heard before about Rangers and Celtic joining the English leagues and that they were allowed but they would have to start at the bottom.Gatsby wrote:limerickcitykid wrote:

Aye, I thought QPR would snap him up. That's normally where the Criminals go.

New section?
Been trying to catch up on the last couple of weeks news. We were voted into the third division yesterday which is fair enough, I think everyone wanted that or at least accepted that it was fair if we were not admitted to the SPL.
I think everyone just wants to put everything behind us and get on with the football.

At least this way it'll bring in a bit of cash to the 3rd division. Supporters will want to go and see their team play Rangers, no matter what incarnation of it it is.

Uefa probably won't allow it anway. we are stuck in a backwards league.
