FIFA 12 Career Mode

Very good podcast, the bloke even said a some stuff i didn't know about, like clubs getting new owners and being able to drastically change a clubs fortunes, and the new team managment system.

Sounds like they're working hard on CM and they've put a lot into it, hopefully EA won't manage to fuck it up and the whole thing turns into bug fest.

When do they start talking about Career Mode here? They won't shut up about his job title and some kid called Lucas. It's fucking annoying. I hate radio presenters.

Not getting hopes up, for every good feature they add in a good feature they had in it comes out, so it'll stay the same, but different, with new tweaks and old things that were good gone.

The problem is every year it is Building Block.

Good thing is, there was fuck all good about FIFA 11 CM.

Hopefully we get an annoying French assistant who encourages you to buy English players for double their value.

Almost inevitable that this will happen.

This is EA. Career mode will be shit and boring after 2 months only useful for achievements and boosting your virtual pro.

The new additions to the game look quite promising. Half of them used to be in the game before they changed it and messed things up, but it's good to see them back nonetheless.

The most important thing that had to be fixed was player growth and the lack of a youth academy. Apparently, young players get a lot better over time and we've already seen that there will be a youth academy. That means we can now actually feel some achievement in what we do, like building up a young team with homegrown players, instead of simply having a team that's full of stars you signed with money that the club shouldn't really have.

Fuck these press conferences and player messages shit. First, fix the fixtures and the club competitions fixtures. Then fix player development, so that players don't actually need to play every fucking week to go up a level. Bring back Scouting, and all those coaching/stadium manager level things they had in the past.

Then, fucking change the 'Sign on' chant so it is actually You'll never walk alone being sung when Liverpool play.

What's the crack with the reputation thing?

Is it possible to stay at a club even if you get them relegated? On one of my Fifa 11 saves I remember getting Bradford up to the championship and then I got fired 3/4 games before the end of the 1st season because we were in the relegation zone and we still had a good chance of surviving, In real life I wouldn't have been fired if I got em relegated would have been untouchable after getting them 2 promotions, It killed the whole game of for me

Also, they need to change fitness. Shocking that Premier league footballers can't play twice a week without being shattered.

I didn't even know they sung this.

I am getting annoyed at Fifa, every year they say "Just a building block" Same with next years, and the year after.
