It's the Scottish Sun, they claim to have a copy of a letter sent to a former Rangers player. I doubt they would print something like that without it being watertight.

They wouldn't print a story claiming they have a piece of evidence to show Rangers players had two contracts without it being watertight. Unless they want to go to court.

In your world anything the media report is automatically untrue, as long as it's something you don't like. If you like it then you have no problem believing any newspaper.

What's your point? You can't just pick and choose when stories are correct or not.

It's being investigated now anyway, which means you're going to have to accept that it's an issue that's being addressed now. It doesn't matter which newspaper brought it to light.

The SPL once again showing that 'small' teams can't live without Rangers/the money that they generate/earn them i.e. tv deals etc. Rangers haven't paid Dunfermline 80k, yeah that's right, just 80k from ticket sales from a game last month. Due to this, the chairman can't even afford to pay the players wages, he's only paid 60% of this months wages and doesn't know where next months will come from, wouldn't surprise me if they went into administration.

Also, Dundee Utd are being rumoured to be in deep shit financially, not received tickets sales from us + 300k from Blackburn for David Goodwillie (Blackburn say that they owe fuck all/it's all been paid). So it just shows you, without Rangers, the rest of the league begins to crumble. And so it begins ... who'll be next to feel the hit of Scotland & The World's Most Successful Football Team going into administration? Only time will tell ...

Well yes, clubs are going to find it hard to balance the books when their opposition fails to pay them their ticket money. I fail to see how it is relevant that it's Rangers in particular (who else?) who have pinched the money for God knows what unsavoury purpose. If they had played another team that day, one with a little more dignity perhaps, they would most probably not be in this trouble.

Quite amazing that Jelavić7|EFC can somehow take pride from the fact that his degenerate football club's actions have hurt Dunfermline.

Dunfermline aren't in this position because of Rangers collapse. They are £9m in debt. What a silly assumption to make.

That is sustainable and not the problem, but they have now lost about a years (wouldn't be surprise if it was more) wages because of that 80k.

Clubs facing financial difficulties because of the administration proceedings at Rangers can contact Her Majesty's Revenue and Customs for help. If I remember correctly, Dunfermline said they did not wish to press Rangers for the money they are owed after they went into administration.

If Dunfermlie have found themselves in this position because they value Rangers financial security more than their own, let them die as well.

Not possible, the league can't survive (neither would the economy) without Rangers. Every team -Celtic, possibly Hearts, would go bust pretty much instantly. Clubs would be missing out on Millions, i.e. Everyone bar Celtic which is their wages for about 50 years. The Worlds Most Successful Football Team In Club History Will Live On Forever!

Didn't see that interview. Well done to him, Burley got in as many digs as he could today again, why do they employ someone who constantly devalues our game, he is supposed to promote our league but he belittles it at every opportunity.
