After the game in his interview, Lennon hinted that he may go out and sign a replacement for Izaguirre. Surprised to hear that as we already have plenty of cover, but it just shows how important he is to the team and how big a loss he's going to be. I am wondering now who that signing could possibly be.
This seasons been filled with disappointment as far as transfers have been concerned. If you believed rumours, we should have had Given, Bellamy and McFadden by now, but in the end none of them have come. Could be some hope of Bellamy still coming, but I don't think it'll happen now. Hopefully things will improve with this new Polish keeper we're supposed to be after.
