I keep getting sacked

Started as Roma, got sacked after all my key players where injured and i'd sold most of my backups.

Started another save, Hull sacked me within half a season.
Waited till end of season, took over Villa, they sacked 16 games...
Then I applied for West Ham job, got that. They was in 6th place.. End of season I guided them to a 19th place finish and relegation.

Started new game with Hull, lasted a little longer than last time, got sacked at the end of season for finishing 17th after promising promotion.
Chose Napoli, said i'd get a top half finish. Spent a shit ton of money, was in the race for the title at Christmas... End up dropping down to 14th and they sacked me.
Took over Leverkusen, got sacked after failing to get through CL group and coming 9th place.

Don't set your expectations so high?

I set them as low as possible except for Hull games.

I can't speak for the other jobs, but at Hull they expect you to be like Nigel Pearson. Nobody can do that, it's an impossible job.

Seriously though. Is it possible to play attacking football on the deck? Or is it all about counter attacking...

Seems like you have trouble when you loose your form..

Work on keeping morale high on your team. On form players is the key to FM success.

Nah, Napoli game is the only one I started well in, oh and Roma.

Roma went down the shitter when I had to field a bunch of a u20's due to 11 of my first team squad getting injured.

The rest like Villa, I was shit from the start.

Sounds like you do well until the whole "your tactics are now shit" routine hits. About half way through the season you almost always need to change your tactic, or else you'll hit a really bad vein of form.

You know something you can do?

Duplicate your tactic and rotate between them every other game. The game thinks it's a new tactic completely.

Doing this at half time also works.

It worked on FM10 anyway.

I did that between home and away games.

It is silly how quick teams adapt to any tactic. I don't think it is actually possible to make one that constantly works like Barca, Stoke etc.

I had a Barca tactic that constantly worked. But I attribute that more to Sonogo than anything else really.
