    Glorified Roy Hodgson. Coffee

Buys old players. Wins a trophy and leaves with aging squad. Hailed special when he is a cunt. Simples

Shouldn't have been appointed. Serie A is a perfect match for him.

losing today's game has no importance at all, none whatsoever

madrid wasn't gonna win the league anyway regardless of today's result. and they're not gonna drop to third either, regardless of today's result

best to rest players to attempt to pull off the miracle second leg against barca in midweek

nah, serie A is not for mourinho. he doesn't get along with club administration and press and finds it hard to adapt to the italian lifestyle. when he was at inter, he was a manager and a manager only, nothing else

he should go back to EPL

Losing a home game is important, Real should not lose 3-2 to a team in 17th ever. Embarrassing for José who is going to come up quite a bit short of Pellegrini's points total of last season.

Compare that with both their records in the Copa Del Ray and Champions League though. Pelligrini saw them to a Copa Del Ray exit to a 2nd/3rd divison side, and a last 16 exit in Europe AGAIN! While Jose's won the Copa Del Ray, and got the semi finals in Europe..

True but a Copa del Rey win isn't exactly regarded highly and semi finals still isn't an achievement for Real Madrid.

So basically playing better football vs playing worse football plus a cup win. At the very, very least Pellegrini deserved another year, remember José did what you said with Di Maria, Ozil, Khedira, Carvalho added to the team.

    True.

Then he finds his way of getting something against them, and he gets a draw in the league (ultimately not good enough I know, but even a win wouldn't see them really back in the race tbh), beats them in the Cup Final, but then lost 2-0 in the CL... Neutral

He has to be given another year. He usually does the best in his second full season at a club does he not?

no, they were definitely deflated today by the Barca game, Barca has a far better squad you can't expect Madrid to win league

He's just unfortunate to be in the same league as the best team of all time. No manager could make Madrid better than Barca for the next 5-10 years at least

It's about more than that though. His excuses, his moaning, the fact that Real Madrid played better football last season, his undermining of the club.
