Milito was already a beast before he went to Italy.

1999–2004 Racing Club 129 (21)
2004–2005 Genoa 65 (26)
2005–2008 Zaragoza 156 (57)
2008–2009 Genoa 37 (16)
Never remember him being spoke about much until his good season with Genoa. His record isnt that impressive except for the spells with Genoa.

He doesn't have to be spoke alot about to say he's very good. Gasp..began job in Genoa after 06 world cup and before that Milito was scoring goals in Spain. Also, Gasperini only managed Milito in that 08/09 season.Filippo Inzaghi wrote:chiboygeorge wrote:Filippo Inzaghi wrote:Gasperini made Milito a beast

Milito might not have been world class stage in zaragoza but he was very much a deadly striker. Take it this way, Neymar is not yet a world class player but he's very much a very, very good player. Gasperini didn't do shit to Milito...Milito was ever so good before he rejoined genoa.Filippo Inzaghi wrote:He wasn't world class was he?

Also, you make it sound like you don't know when gasperini managed them when you said...."Milito always has good goalscoring record when he had spells with genoa." when he only had one spell with genoa under gasperini.

Well that's either you being thick or a language barrier But taking a educated guess i would say he was much better in his second spell which would confirm his beast status ... under Gasperini.chiboygeorge wrote:Milito might not have been world class stage in zaragoza but he was very much a deadly striker. Whatever your boring to discuss with. He wasn't that impressive for Zaragosa from what i saw, he got a few goals that was mainly it Gasperini re-ignited the beast.

re-ignited the beast? so you were saying he was beast before and then Gasperini re-ignited him again? Or are you just stupid?Filippo Inzaghi wrote:Whatever your boring to discuss with. How can he be not impressive for Zaragoza? only someone who never watched him or is totally clueless would ever say that because he was their best player and was very very impressive in Zaragoza which prompted his return to Italy.

Judging solely on his record yes. I watched him quite a few times actually, and Zaragosa getting relegated prompted his return to Italy.. its just you talking shit as usual.chiboygeorge wrote:re-ignited the beast? so you were saying he was beast before and then Gasperini re-ignited him again? Even if Zaragoza wasn't relegated he would have still left because top teams enquired for him after his top class performances.Filippo Inzaghi wrote:Judging solely on his record yes. About a week ago regarding midfielders you made two laughable statements one was about Sneijder if i recall correctly.chiboygeorge wrote:Even if Zaragoza wasn't relegated he would have still left because top teams enquired for him after his top class performances.Filippo Inzaghi wrote:Judging solely on his record yes. Laughable statement about Sneijder? I think you are mistaken me for someone else. Because statements I make about Sneijder is to suggest how good he could be for United.Filippo Inzaghi wrote:About a week ago regarding midfielders you made two laughable statements one was about Sneijder if i recall correctly.chiboygeorge wrote:Even if Zaragoza wasn't relegated he would have still left because top teams enquired for him after his top class performances.Filippo Inzaghi wrote:Judging solely on his record yes. He has been nicknamed "Gasperson" after Enrico Preziosi, president of Genoa, claimed Gasperini to be their Ferguson.

There was talk that he would play a 3-4-3 which would alienate Sneijder, but apparently he also uses a 3-4-1-2 as well. Saying that he did play a back 4 at times with Genoa, but that was out of desperation.
I wonder how the Inter players will adjust to playing a back three to be honest, especially they've played a back four since way back when.
Cesar; Lucio, Ranocchia, Samuel; Maicon, Cambiasso, Motta, Nagatomo; Sneijder; Eto'o, Pazzini.
Looks good to be honest. Though Inter could use a couple more CB's.
Interesting, so does he play a back 3 in the way of Bielsa, in order to keep 1 spare defender and mark each striker, allow wing backs to create space and basically play attacking football, or is he more a 3 in the back that acts more like a 5 with wing backs tucking in to prevent space on the flanks?
Why am I talking like a cunt?
