Anyone saw the Berlusconi cup? Was a good game finished 2-1 to Milan. Classy goals from Milan and Vucinic scored.

Is Montolivo any good? Apparently we are going to make a bid of 10m for him. And ain't he in that last year of his contract? and refused to sign a new one.

Montolivo is a don. Mihajlović would be crazy to let him go for 10M (He can yield a much higher sum despite him having just one year left on his contract), especially since regista type players are in high demand and he just beasted the fuck out of Serie A last year.

Agreed, it would originally of depended on Aqua, but since he looks set for Milan, he must sell for more. They cannot get far with him as a coach.

I don't know if anyone saw the Berlusconi cup last night but Juve looked fantastic. Krasic was bombing down that wing and getting crosses in so easily. Best winger in the league imo

I did, he is a great player, not only one of the best in Italy, but very underrated in Europe, great pace, great delivery, and has long hair.

I really like him. I only saw him play once until he signed for Juve and that was against us in Europe. Scored a wonderful goal aswell and was very threatening. Very interested to see how Juve will do this year.

I know, no where near as good, but I also like Pepe, two very different players.

And I know, so much money spent (Most on buying those they loaned in) I think they need to finish top 3 it is now for the CL.

    1.Inter
    2.Milan
    3.Juventus
    4.Napoli

Pazzini or Cavani to to be the Capocannoniere; bet on Pazzini already so I might as well stick with him. Was thinking if Pato stayed fit and consistently started ahead of Cassano he could be the player of the year but his hamstring injuries are holding him back time and time again.

If he's as consistent this coming season as he's been before then he'll have to go down as one of the most underrated players I've seen. Udinese will be weaker this year without their other 3 key players though so I can't see him beasting as much this time around Cry

Like Ricardo said, Inler & Sanchez were very important to Udinese, I think without them he could still bag around 15 goals, but I doubt he would be top scorer again.

    1. Milan
    2. Inter
    3. Napoli
    4. ...

Even though I think Juventus are the most likely to bag fourth spot, teams like Roma, Udinese & Lazio are also good contenders. After all, Lazio originally missed out on the last day, then if teams like Fiorentina & Genoa make a good start, change some things, they could be challenging again.

I think Cavani could do well again, especially since he has got use to Napoli's style, and Inler will add even more creativity and chances. He is my prediction for top scorer.

krasic last season was the best player in serie a for like first 7 or 8 round but rest of season was more difficult always double marked every game and juventus left side too crap to take advantage of the amount of pressure on right side

montolivo was wanting to join milan last week, but his wage demand is very high this is why im sort of surprise that he will join arsenal doesnt arsenal have structure for wages? or maybe im misinform but this is what italian press says

but looks like now milan will sign aquilani istead so montolivo i do not know what will happen. maybe intermerda is option or he can join the revolution at napoli

The great thing about Serie A is that a player really has to be constantly evolving the way he does things to succeed. If you're a one trick pony you'll be found out very quickly. Serie A defenses adapt well.
