What is the opposite of great? Not great. Messi has been good, but no where near the level of great for Argentina so yes, I consider that the complete opposite of what he has been for Barcelona. I am not suggesting he is shit, I am saying he isn't great and that much is a fact. I would hardly call him amazing for Argentina and too be honest the recent Argentina teams are no where near as good as the Argentina teams with Batigol, Ayala, Veron, etc. It isn't hard to be the best player on the field for the current crop of Argentine players. They have great individual players, but as a team they are not as good as the teams that the all time greats played against.

That's a terrible analogy. Maybe you should return to primary school and learn opposites. I agree that he has been perfect for Barcelona, but he has not been anywhere near that level for Argentina.
