Shit manager? How'd you work that one out? He's got them to a play off and FA Cup final in recent seasons. Where were they before he took over? Nowhere near that standard.
Don't know much about their team this season, but from watching a few games on the telly they look like they lack creativity in the middle. Exactly me point. Loan players only care about how well they do and not the club. Most of them can't be arsed when there sides two or three goals down.
Cardiff have had the best first 11 in the league for a few years. They should have already been promoted instead of teams like Stoke, Hull, QPR, Blackpool etc. Dave Jones is a shit manager. The FA Cup was just a fluke, just like Millwall getting to the final.
Who's that down to though? They've lost players like Jerome, Earnshaw, Roger Johnson, Gabbidon,Gunter,Ramsey etc.... in the past, yet they still manage to rebuild and keep themselves fighting at the top half of the League. It takes a strong manager to mastermind that.
He knows how to find a player but that is useless if he can't get them to play. He paid £4m for a striker and they still didn't get promoted. They have Bellamy this season along with an England international and that same £4m striker and they still wont get promoted.
Maybe I overreacted but he is an average manager at best.
