You could say that about most teams in this league though Dave. Every team has bottled it because of loan players this season. Unluckily for us we brought in two loan players near the end of the season and it messed up the dressing room. One player was shit but kept starting for some reason while the other was great but couldn't get a game.

Don't think so Steve. The rule as far as i'm aware is a maximum of 5 loans in the matchday squad(18) So I guess a team could have 10 loans at the same time but could only use 5 of them per game.

I think that's right James but didn't either Cardiff or Leicester have 6 players in a match day squad and not get punished? I think it might of even been you who said something like that.

Shit manager? How'd you work that one out? He's got them to a play off and FA Cup final in recent seasons. Where were they before he took over? Nowhere near that standard.

Don't know much about their team this season, but from watching a few games on the telly they look like they lack creativity in the middle. Whittingham looks there best source for the pass and should be played in the middle imo.

Exactly me point. Loan players only care about how well they do and not the club. Most of them can't be arsed when there sides two or three goals down.

It's not always the case but usually it is. Lichaj has really wanted to do well with us unlike McCartney and Watt. It usually upsets the dressing room I think because a player loses his place at a random time in the season to someone who turns out to be worse than him.

Cardiff have had the best first 11 in the league for a few years. They should have already been promoted instead of teams like Stoke, Hull, QPR, Blackpool etc. Dave Jones is a shit manager. The FA Cup was just a fluke, just like Millwall getting to the final.

Who's that down to though? They've lost players like Jerome, Earnshaw, Roger Johnson, Gabbidon,Gunter,Ramsey etc.... in the past, yet they still manage to rebuild and keep themselves fighting at the top half of the League. It takes a strong manager to mastermind that.
